MenuLang Unlock operates menulangunlock.com and provides camera language-menu support services. Contact: support@menulangunlock.com.

Data we collect

When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email, camera model, optional firmware version, country, message, and privacy consent. Live chat conversations are processed by Tawk.to. Spam protection uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Our host Cloudflare may process technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and delivery.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, confirm compatibility, provide support, process payments when applicable, prevent spam and abuse, and improve documentation. Lawful bases under GDPR include legitimate interests in operating our business and responding to requests, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.

Retention

Contact and support records are kept only as long as needed for customer support, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized unless longer retention is required by law.

Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)

Residents of the EU, EEA, and UK may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
